We are seeking a full-time senior level carpenter to work with our award-winning, integrated design and construction firm. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience working on high-end residential construction, is responsible, efficient, dependable, self-motivated and comes to work with a positive, get-it-done attitude. They have the ability to work independently, have extensive skills in carpentry, renovation, and high-performance construction techniques, and are always eager to learn more. High-end finish carpentry experience required, as is having a reliable vehicle and carpentry tools. Experience in and comfort with site supervision or project management would be a bonus.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

• 10 years of consecutive experience in Construction/Frame to Finish Carpentry
• CSL strongly desired
• Must provide own carpenter tools
• RRP and OSHA certification desired but not mandatory

Highly goal-oriented and self-directed with ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong ability to problem-solve, multi-task, prioritize, and maintain focus

Excellent carpentry skills

Able to absorb and articulate technical information
